A 9 × 9 cross-band geometry animated by a steady crosswave.

One fixed art rule. Each blind mint receives a seed that determines the palette and a 6, 8, or 10 second loop.

The plan is to store the generator on Tezos and record each seed and tempo on-chain. Together they define the artwork. The SVG renderer and marketplace metadata need exact contract parity before deployment.

The seed is the weather report: colour and rhythm change, while the cross-band structure stays constant.

Neon Weather is a collection about colour, geometry and repetition, made for the chain.
